Why just have a meal when you can also have an adventure? With Fleming's Wine Flights, you and your friends can discover new wines, experience a wide array of flavors and compare your tastes. Sit at the bar and try the same flight, or enjoy different ones during dinner-or both! It's like having your own private wine tasting party every time you come.
Wine flights educate you, and more importantly-they let you find out what you like. Fleming's has put together six wine flights to help you on your voyage of discovery. To make the experience even more enjoyable, we suggest you have your server bring you the flights "blind," along with tasting notes. Try to identify which wine is which. Compare your guesses with others' at your table, and then have your server identify each wine when you're ready.
Comparing wines is an excellent way to educate your palate. It's fun to set yourself a specific assignment each time. For example, explore what different winemakers from different regions with entirely different philosophies have made of the same grape, like a Chardonnay. Or compare three blended wines and see if you can distinguish the flavors that make them unique. Or taste how food changes the flavor of each wine in a flight. Which one goes best with a steak? Let your palate be your guide.
Whichever flight you choose, you're bound to have a memorable time. Bon voyage!
